Human Resource Executive - Talent Acquisition

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive to join our team at Policybazaar. The ideal

candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for sales and

customer service roles in our organization. Proficiency in the regional language of the

respective location is mandatory, along with strong communication skills in Hindi and

English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate interview rounds.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure timely closures.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for selected candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
• Maintain and update recruitment reports and databases.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and the regional language (as per
• location).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets.
• Good knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
