Role & responsibilities

1. Engage with international customers via calls, emails and chats
2. Explain insurance products and services effectively to clients
3. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
4. Maintain strong follow- ups and ensure high customer satisfaction
5. Handle objections resolve queries and build long term client relationships
