Customer Logistics Agent

Role & responsibilities

1.Manage demand for selected customer to ensure proper planning from order entry through production and on time shipment.

2.Responsible for Project Tracking demand monitoring as it relates to overall customer service.

3.Demand monitoring in PeopleSoft System

4.Answer customer Queries in regarding delivery, price and demand.

5.Interact with entire organization to communicate customer requirements.

6.Work with master scheduling, production and shipping to ensure on time delivery of customer orders.

7.Communicate with customer and sales, any changes that may impact the schedule.

8.Initiate, follow and complete simple projects within a set timeline.

9.Use of reporting tools for orders and forecast analysis.

10.Travel to customer and Poclain location as required.
