Job Title- Deputy Manager/Manager Sales - West


Job Location- Mumbai (Andheri East)

Job Responsibilities:

• Incumbent will be responsible for hunting of new accounts (Franchisee/ Channel Partners).

• Build and maintain relationships with existing key accounts/clients.

  • Achieve satisfactory profit/loss ratio and market share in relation to preset standards.

• Maintenance of current accounts: Including analysis of current plans to assure we are competitive enough and providing best services.

  • Analyse current rates in the marketplace offered by competitors.
  • Ensure real time updating of data in CRM.
  • Development of sales leaders including succession planning. Set sales team profit goals and hold team members accountable for assigned KRAs.

• Drive lead generation efforts and construct a robust sales pipeline to achieve predetermined revenue and volume targets.

• Enhance the Scope of Work for existing accounts while actively pursuing new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between external stakeholders and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

• Identify performance gaps and communicate them to relevant internal and external stakeholders, facilitating prompt resolution.

• Lead negotiations for commercial terms and conditions in service agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.

• Develop a deep understanding of various industry sectors and discern how Ecom Express's product offerings can be tailored to meet specific needs and challenges.


Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience into logistics/ ecommerce/channel partner sales.

• Should have team handling experience.

  • Should be fine to travel.
  • System proficiency and should have operated in ERP based integrated applications.

  • Ideal fitment- Someone who is presentable in dealing with the clients, would be keen to travel.
  • Eager to manage the key accounts/ strategic accounts (Hunting & Farming).
  • Fresher can also apply.
  • Female candidates are preferred.
