About the role:

The supervisor is responsible for overseeing the organizations operations function and success of assigned operations within a complex network environment as per laid down systems and processes.

Job Responsibilities:

Major KRA

A. Project Manager

Program Strategy and Operations execution:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of Dark store programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer expectations.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the success of Dark store programs, recommending improvements and best practices.
  • Develop project plans, set timelines, allocate resources, and lead teams to successful project execution.

• Oversee the daily operations of the fulfilment centre, ensuring orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time. • Coordinate with state level POCs to ensure timely order placements, inwards and issuance.

• Ensure daily inventory counts and sanity PAN India through state POCs

. • Handle escalations from the client along with the ground personal.

  • Ensure accurate inventory levels through regular cycle counts and reconciliation of inventory discrepancies

. Process Improvement:

  • Implement and drive process improvements aimed at reducing costs, enhancing efficiency, and improving customer satisfaction in operations.

• Work closely with the Program Manager to identify and execute best practices for process optimization and operational scaling.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with operations, customer service, analytics, and commercial team to ensure timely go-live and continuity of the sites.

• Coordinate with the central team of client and our side for the successful execution of the project.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Provide regular operational reports on performance, including KPIs such as timely inwards, no stock outs, timely issuance, accurate issuance and inventory reconciliation.
  • Analyse operational data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential risks to service levels or profitability. B. Reconciliation SPOC
  • Prepare MIS Reports and highlight the same to key stakeholders regularly

. • Do justice for resolving/ Validating of complaints. Provide required RCAs.

• Coordinate with Customers and Operations Team.

• Provide regular operational reports on performance, including KPIs such as timely inwards, no stock outs, timely issuance, accurate issuance and inventory reconciliation

  • Analyse operational data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential risks to service levels or profitability.

C. Go-Live Executive

Roll out new stores as per the designed SOP & Checklist.

• Oversee the daily operations of the fulfilment centre, ensuring orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time. • Maintenance of inventory sanity till site handover to operations.

  • Work closely with operations, customer service, analytics, finance, admin, HR and commercial team to ensure timely go-live and continuity of the site

QUALIFICATION/TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE

Essential

  • Graduate/Postgraduate
  • Proven ability in last mile operations.
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • • 1 to 3 Years experience in handling Operations
  • Preferred Ready to travel
  • • Responsible for performance monitoring.
  • • Follow instructions and Work with other staff as a team.
  • • Hands on experience in Cash management and analytical job management

Preferred

  • HSC /Graduation/Post Graduation
  • Good knowledge of logistics / E- commerce industry and operational processes and systems.
