Job Description

Job Overview:

The SAM- Strategic Account Manager- Fintech will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key client relationships, and developing new business opportunities in the fintech sector. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, preferably in financial technology solutions, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.


Job Location:

Gurgaon


Job role: Strategic accounts / Enterprise accounts (B2B/ B2C) - someone from Fintech clients onboard- Paytm, phonepay, PayU, Razorpay, googlepay etc.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence and revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored fintech solutions.
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities, targeting financial institutions, banks, enterprises, and other key sectors.
  • Present and demonstrate [Company Name]'s products and services to potential clients.
  • Lead sales presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align on sales campaigns and new product launches.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • Track sales performance, generate reports, and analyze results to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Provide timely updates and insights to senior leadership on sales activities and pipeline progress.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales within the fintech, technology, or financial services domain.
  • Strong understanding of fintech products and services (e.g., digital payments, lending platforms, blockchain, etc.).
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders across various levels.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive for success.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with enterprise sales, especially in the fintech space.
  • Knowledge of Strategic accounts.
  • Familiarity with SaaS-based fintech solutions.
