Job Description:

Ship Global is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented KAM Support professional to join our team at our Mahipalpur location. As a key player in our customer relationship management team, you will support the Key Account Manager (KAM) in delivering seamless logistics solutions to our valued clients

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide operational and administrative support to the Key Account Manager (KAM).
• Assist in managing customer accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and meeting their logistics needs.
• Coordinate with different internal departments (operations, sales, customer service) to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
• Prepare reports and presentations as needed for client meetings or internal review.
• Track performance metrics and client feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Assist in identifying business opportunities and support in upselling or cross-selling additional services.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Graduation in any field is mandatory.
• Experience in the logistics industry will be highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
