Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Candidate should know the Mortgage disbursement process.
- Do Non discrepancy check of loan docket.
- Verify sanction conditions related loans.
- Know how to do disbursement.
- Candidate should understand the title document flow for tracking and resolving PDD (Post disbursement documents)
- Should know how to track files & dockets post disbursement.
- Candidate should have knowledge of service aspects such as :
- ROI conversion
- Handling Part Pre Payment/Pre Payment or loan closure.
- Should be comfortable in coordinating with branches. English/Kannada or local language.
Preferred candidate profile
Graduates with Experience in Housing Loan/ Mortgage industry.
