Job Description
- Support fund raising through various instruments like Overdraft, Working Capital Demand Loan (WCDL), Term Loans and NHB Refinance
- Interact with bankers to negotiate and close banking lines
- Meeting with bank officials and ensuring healthy engagement of Company's senior officials with key bank officials
- Preparing the bank documentation like loan proposal, CMA and other documents for procurement of loans
- Handling various queries of Banks and other investors
- Preparing the modification/amendment letter on banking sanctions
- Ensuring timely renewals of limits and resets of bank loans
- Continuous research on economy, debt markets, RBI regulations to enable the Treasury to make a more informed decision on funding
