Vice President - Sales & Marketing - Building Material - South India Region (15-20 yrs)

Job Overview

- An experienced person and a visionary, to lead our Sales and Marketing Teams across the Southern Region.

- The person must have varied experience of over 20 years in various building material companies in South India and should have launched at least one new product in the last 5 years.

- Should have a strong understanding of the building material market, dealing with premium products and handling channel management strategies.

- He will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing / sales strategies and create a brand image of the product.

- He will also optimize our channel management process and create an engaging retail experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive Sales Through The State Sales Heads And Their Teams. Monitor Them, Set Ambitious Targets And Achieve Them.

- Develop And Execute Marketing Strategies For A Higher Market Reach.

- Oversee The Channel Management Process And Ensure Brand Building.

- Oversee The Design Implementaion And Execution Of Branding Strategies.

- Build Relationships With "A" Class Customers And Influencers Like Architects And Builders.
