1. Responsible for planning and delivering Sales PAN India.
2. Build & manage the team with the best in class efficiencies & ways of working.
3. Build the right GTM strategies across important markets & channels.
4. Manage and build the right distribution network / infra for Hospital, Doctors, Clinics & Retailers.
5. Build & manage systems for promotion of our products at Hospitals, Doctors, & Clinics.
6. Execution of distribution expansion, Sales IT, Interventions, Training & Development, other Sales / Business initiatives.
7. Exposure to managing Sales P & L.
8.Team handling of minimum 200 people.
9. Exposure to Doctor and Hospital working.
10. Exposure to building Field Sales Capability & IT solutions like DMS, SFA, CRM, etc.
11. Preferred backgrounds - Pharma / Medical Devices.
