Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Delivery:

a. Achieve sales targets and revenue growth for the East Zone.

b. Monitor sales performance across various channels and ensure consistent delivery of primary and secondary sales.

c. Drive retailing activities to enhance product visibility and market penetration.

2. Team Management & Development:

a. Build and manage a high-performing sales team with a focus on efficiency and productivity.

b. Recruit, train, and develop sales personnel to meet current and future business needs.

c. Foster a culture of continuous learning and performance excellence within the team.

3. Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy:

a. Develop and execute GTM strategies tailored to key markets and channels.

b. Identify new market opportunities and create plans to capitalize on them.

c. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align GTM initiatives with business objectives.

4. Distribution Network Management:

a. Build and manage a robust distribution network, including dealers, sub-dealers, hospitals, doctors, clinics, and retailers.

b. Ensure optimal coverage and product availability across all channels.

c. Strengthen relationships with key distribution partners to drive business growth.

5. Promotional Activities:

a. Plan and execute promotional activities to enhance product awareness and brand visibility in hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare settings.

b. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to promote the company's products effectively.

c. Monitor the effectiveness of promotional campaigns and make necessary adjustments.

6. Business Initiatives & Sales Operations:

a. Drive distribution expansion and implement sales IT systems to enhance operational efficiency.

b. Lead key business initiatives such as training & development programs, sales interventions, and process improvements.

c. Ensure timely execution and reporting of all sales initiatives and business plans.

7. Business Planning & Market Insights:

a. Develop comprehensive business plans to achieve zonal sales objectives.

b. Conduct market surveys and competitor studies to gather insights on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

c. Leverage market intelligence to develop strategic initiatives and enhance market share.
