Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Having experience of handling RBI Compliance's independently.
2. Preparation of Board notes/Audit/Risk/Alco/other sub-committee
3. Preparation of Policies as required by RBI.
4. Handled RBI Inspection would be an added advantage.
5. Must have handled reporting Compliances of RBI including Fraud Reporting, Change of Directors reporting/approval etc including interaction with RBI as and when required.
6. Good understanding and experience of compliance requirements (like MCA, RBI reporting etc.)
7. Keen in learning product-based reporting requirements
8. Knowledge about legal terminology and drafting
9. Well versed with Microsoft office and excel
10. Good written verbal communication skills
