Key Responsibilities:
SEO & Website Optimization:
* Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance organic rankings and drive website traffic.
* Conduct keyword research, on-page & off-page optimization, and technical SEO improvements.
* Monitor and analyze website performance, implementing improvements to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing:
* Manage and optimize Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns to achieve targeted KPIs and maximize ROI.
* Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and bid strategy adjustments for improved ad performance.
* Stay updated with trends and algorithm changes to adjust paid strategies accordingly.
Affiliate & Partnership Marketing
* Oversee and optimize affiliate marketing programs, building strong relationships with partners.
* Identify and onboard high-quality affiliates to drive sales and brand exposure.
* Track and analyze affiliate performance, ensuring maximum effectiveness.
Media Buying & Influencer Marketing
* Plan, execute, and manage digital media buying campaigns to ensure optimal ad placements.
* Identify, engage, and collaborate with influencers to create compelling campaigns that enhance brand awareness and engagement.
* Track and measure influencer performance to ensure alignment with brand goals.
Analytics & Performance Reporting
* Utilize Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tracking tools to monitor campaign performance.
* Provide actionable insights and reports to improve marketing efficiency.
* Continuously optimize campaigns based on data-driven decisions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Work closely with the content, design, and product teams to ensure a cohesive brand message across all digital channels.
* Align digital marketing strategies with overall business objectives and contribute to company growth.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, affiliate marketing, media buying, and influencer marketing.
* Strong analytical skills with expertise in Google Analytics and other performance tracking tools.
* Hands-on experience with ad platforms, keyword research tools, and affiliate networks.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
* Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and best practices.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in RMG, Gaming and CRM sector
* Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant courses.
* Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and CRM software.
