Assistant Manager

1. HRMS

• Induct & onboard the new incumbents to the attendance system.
• Maintain and ensure data of associates at HO, Factory and Group companies is and administer the HRMS for Head Office associates.
• Oversee HRMS for factory and group companies.
• Manage the leave and attendance system and ensure compliance as per the Leave & Attendance policy.

2. Compensation & Benefits

• Administer and execute monthly payroll process for HO and Factory associates.
• Prepare salary adjustments, bonuses, and other compensation-related reports.
• Suggest, implement and execute various benefits programs / employee incentives on approval of the management.
• Ensure and validate compliance to compensation structures, benefits policies, and government regulations.
• Process and ensure adherence to all documentation pertaining to monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, Annual returns pertaining to Comp & Ben towards HO & Factory.

3. Employee Relations

• Be a point of contact for associate/s queries and concerns, ensure they are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
• Foster positive workplace relationships and ensure a supportive work environment.

4. Compliances & Audits

• Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies and processes.
• Develop, review and implement HR people policies and systems.
• Ensure compliance to Internal and External audits related to the HR & Administration department.
• Ensure adherence to Statutory Compliance at HO & Factory.

5. Reports & Analytics

• Associate PIS
• HR Dashboard
• Monthly HR reports (Workforce, OT, attendance, compensation, etc).
• Data analysis of various sub function activities in HR & Admin.
