Payroll & Compliance Specialist

Location: Andheri,Mumbai (Work from office)

Experience: 3-4 years in Payroll Management

Education Qualification: BMS, BCOM, BSC, MBA, or equivalent

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR professional to manage payroll, statutory compliance, exit management, and onboarding processes. The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years of experience in payroll processing and be capable of handling high work volumes with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Management:

• Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Validate payroll inputs, deductions, reimbursements, and other salary components.
• Address payroll-related queries from employees and resolve discrepancies.

Statutory Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations (PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Income Tax, etc.).
• Handle filings, audits, and liaise with government authorities when required.
• Stay updated on changes in labor laws and payroll regulations.

Onboarding & Exit Management:

• Facilitate a smooth onboarding process, including documentation, induction, and HR system updates.
• Manage full & final settlements, exit formalities, and employee offboarding compliance.
• Conduct exit interviews and provide insights for retention strategies.

Required Skills & Competencies:

✅ Ability to Handle Pressure – Comfortable working with tight deadlines and high workloads.
✅ Analytical Thinking – Strong problem-solving skills for payroll and compliance-related issues.
✅ Knowledge of HRMS & Payroll Software – Experience with HR tools and systems is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of experience in payroll processing and compliance management.
• Educational background in BMS, BCOM, BSC, MBA, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with HR systems, Excel, and labor law frameworks.
