HR Executive

Role & responsibilities:

• In charge of the entire recruitment process •
• Coordinate with hiring managers & HOD's to identify staffing needs •
• Determine selection criteria in consonance with the position requirement •
• Source potential candidates through different channels including social media •
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
• Prepare & maintain MIS and reports
• Contract Manpower Management
• Talent Acquisition
• Payroll Management
• Administration Activities
• Induction
• Union Management,
• Talent Development
• Employee Relation bulding
• Statutory Compliance Handling.
• HR Generalist activities

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications-Education • MBA HR

Experience • 3-5 years

Specific Skills/ Certifications • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Personal Characteristics :

Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role

Familiarity with social media, recruitment portals •

Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
