Technical Program and Integration Manager

• Have 7+ years of experience in Project/Program Management with a focus on technical integrations or transformations.
• Have a proven track record of leading projects for enterprise clients, especially in the SaaS, APIs, or SDK domains.
• Are hands-on with REST APIs, JSON, XML, and integration workflows.
• Have a strong understanding of software development lifecycles, system design, and architecture principles.
• Possess exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex conversations.
• Have strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to address unique customer challenges.
• Demonstrate a proactive, customer-focused mindset with an emphasis on delivering value.
• Are adept at mentoring and guiding junior team members.
• Have strong collaboration skills to foster teamwork and achieve project goals.
• Hold PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
• Possess technical certifications in APIs, cloud platforms, or related areas, as these are a plus.

We work fully onsite on all days of the week from our office in Andheri East, Mumbai

Here's how your day would look like-

• Lead and oversee technical integration and transformation projects for enterprise customers for Privy by IDfy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of technical solutions.
• Understand customer use cases to design solutions leveraging product suite
• Provide technical guidance and solution configurations tailored to customer requirements.
• Own and manage the end-to-end product integration lifecycle, from requirement gathering to go-live.
• Act as the single point of contact for product-related queries and escalations during integrations.
• Collaborate with internal teams (product, engineering, sales) and external stakeholders to meet critical deadlines.
• Build strong relationships with enterprise clients, ensuring alignment on project goals and timelines.
• Serve as the go-to product specialist for all IDfy product suite
• Provide in-depth technical insights on how solutions can be configured to meet complex enterprise needs.
• Facilitate and oversee all aspects of testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to ensure successful deployments.
• Proactively identify risks and troubleshoot issues during the integration process.
