As a Quality Analyst in the Court Check process, you will be part of a critical team ensuring that no red cases are overlooked. Your primary responsibility will be to reevaluate cases flagged by the operations team where results are inconclusive or mismatched. You will investigate these cases thoroughly, adhering to IDfy's high standards of accuracy and attention to detail, contributing to a process that demands integrity and precision.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Quality Assurance: o Conduct detailed reviews of cases flagged by the operations team, ensuring all red cases are accurately identified and documented. o Re-evaluate inconclusive or mismatched results by cross-referencing court records and other relevant sources.
2. Investigative Analysis: o Dig deeper into flagged cases to uncover discrepancies or confirm findings. o Ensure alignment with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) throughout the review process.
3. Process Adherence: o Maintain strict adherence to guidelines, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and ethical standards. o Collaborate with the operations team to clarify ambiguities and resolve discrepancies.
4. Reporting and Feedback: o Provide detailed reports of findings for each case reviewed. o Offer constructive feedback to the operations team to minimize errors in the initial evaluation process. Requirements: • Experience: o Proven experience in a Court Check or similar role involving background checks or criminal record evaluations. o Previous exposure to Quality Assurance processes is highly desirable.
