• Experience in Performance Management System (PMS).
• Payroll Management, Taxation, Statutory Compliances PF, ESIC, Liaison with Labour Consultant.
• Maintaining / implementing HRIS Software
• QMS Processes and audits.
• Insurance negotiation and renewal.
• HR - MIS and Management reporting on Attrition, Exit analysis, weekly reports.
