We are recruiting for the opportunity for Project Engineer/ Senior Project Engineer.

Location: Pune

* Education: Engineering in any stream.

* Projects: Globally- Global Travel involved.(60-70% in a year)

* Experience: 7+ years of experience.

* Domain - , Oil & Gas.

Requirements

• ABB 800xA DCS. CHMI SCADA.
• Degree in Instrumentation & Control Engineering or equivalent
• Industry: Oil and Gas. Familiar with Control and Safety Systems codes and standards both international and of Major Oil & Gas Companies
• Process - Metal, Mining, Cement, Oil and Gas, Utilities, Power, F&B
• Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of past progressive and extensive experience in plant engineering, erection, and commissioning as a Control Systems Automation Engineer in International Metal, Mining, Cement, Utilities, Power, F&B Oil & Gas Projects.
• Fluent English speaker and writer.

Responsibilities

1. Automation Platform: ABB 800xA.
2. Should have experience with ABB 800xA DCS, AC800M. field instruments and troubleshooting as well.
3. Knowledge of methodologies for testing Automation Systems (power up, SAT, I-SAT, I/Os check, functional check)
4. Execute engineering activities and documentation deliverables markup.
5. Design & Develop ABB800xA / DCS application as per provided design inputs.
6. Software installation
7. ABB 800xA CPU Redundancy
8. Server/ Client Configuration.
9. Modbus communication
10. PLC-PLC communication
11. Loop Check, Interlock, Process Logic Testing
12. Logic Modification as per requirement.
13. Commissioning, Erection Support
14. Operational Support, Performance Trials.
15. Site Location- Global
