Responsibilities for this role include identifying sales leads, business development and building relationships with clients in Engineering Services (Industrial Automation, Design & Detailed Engineering and Digital Transformation).

• Identifying leads and growth opportunities in the International market
• Building client relationships
• Collate and maintain client information in the CRM database
• Good presentation skills
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Prepare and send proposals
• Negotiating and closing deals
• Developing sales strategies
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and handle client relationships effectively.
• MIS and reporting to the management team

Experience required: 6+ years

Qualification MBA/B. Tech.
