Asst. Manager| Operations Trainer - L&D (Turbhe, Navi Mumbai)

Role & responsibilities: :

• Responsible for designing, evaluating and delivering training programs to ensure the necessary knowledge and skills and meet business objectives.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive training materials including course outlines, presentations, role-playing scenarios, and reference guides aligned with company operations, policies and product offerings.
• Expertise in designing and delivering training programs focussed on Operational Processes, systems and procedures.
• Monitor customer call recordings and live interactions to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
• Update training content regularly to align with new processes, products, policies, and customer expectations.
• Measure training effectiveness through assessments, feedback surveys, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with HR, team leaders, and quality assurance to ensure alignment between training programs and business goals.
• Maintain comprehensive training documentation, including calendars, attendance records, and evaluation reports.

Stakeholder Management

• Manage Training Stakeholders for effective implementation of Training Strategy
• Evaluation and assessment of Learning requirements on large scale and arrive at Training strategy
• Manage training operations, continuously streamlining and improving processes
• Develop and implement process for Trainer empanelment, enrolment and enablement

Preferred candidate profile:

• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training techniques.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in e-learning tools, LMS platforms, and MS Office Suite.
• Analytical skills to measure training ROI and interpret performance metrics.
• Excellent analytical, abstract reasoning and organizational skills.
• Knowledge in working on key employee metrics and publishing reports.

Preferred any Training certification like Train the Trainer.
