Key Responsibilities

• Payroll Management:
• Oversee and execute end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, including salary computation, statutory deductions, and benefits.
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll disbursement while adhering to organizational policies and legal standards.
• Compliance & Statutory Regulations:
• Maintain compliance with all labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements (e.g., PF, ESI, gratuity, and TDS).
• Submit required returns and reports to relevant government authorities on time.
• Process Optimization:
• Identify and implement improvements in payroll processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with IT and HR teams to integrate and optimize payroll software and tools.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead, train, and mentor payroll staff to ensure a high-performing team.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and other departments to address payroll-related issues.
• Reporting & Analysis:
• Prepare detailed payroll reports for management, including headcount, cost analysis, and trends.
• Monitor and audit payroll to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Employee Engagement:
• Address employee queries related to payroll, tax deductions, and other remuneration components.
• Provide guidance on compensation and benefits, ensuring transparency and trust.

• 12+ years of progressive experience in payroll management, preferably in medium to large-scale organizations.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, tax compliance, and statutory requirements.
• Expertise in payroll software and advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
