HR Operations and Payroll

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the end-to-end payroll process for employees, including salary calculations, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and other payroll-related adjustments.
2. Must have a good knowledge of Leave & Attendance Management.
3. Stay up-to-date with federal, state, and local payroll tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
4. Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws, including minimum wage requirements, overtime rules, and tax withholdings.
5. Prepare and submit all payroll-related compliance reports, benefit deductions, and other mandated submissions.
6. Conduct regular audits of payroll practices to identify and resolve any potential compliance risks.
7. Must have experience in Advance Excel functions to manage various types of data and manage HR Analytical Reports.
8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records for all employees, including deductions, bonuses, leave accruals, and any other payroll-related information.
9. Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes, increase efficiency, and reduce errors.
10. Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments to streamline payroll and compliance functions.
11. Prepare and generate regular and ad-hoc MIS reports for senior management, providing insights on payroll trends, cost analysis, and other key metrics.
12. Address employee inquiries, providing clear and timely resolutions to employee concerns related to payroll, benefits, employee grievances and any other TDS or income tax related issues.

Qualifications:

1. Min. 5 years of experience in HR Operations, payroll processing, compliance management, HR Analytics.
2. Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
3. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
5. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
