Key Responsibilities:
✅ Drive end-to-end recruitment for store-level roles (Store Managers, Pharmacists, CSA, etc.).
✅ Collaborate with store and regional managers to address hiring needs effectively.
✅ Ensure smooth onboarding, documentation, and compliance for all new hires.
✅ Build a robust candidate database to meet current and future demands.
✅ Monitor hiring metrics and share regular updates with stakeholders.
What Were Looking For:
🔹 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with 2-6 years of experience in recruitment (retail/FMCG preferred).
🔹 Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
🔹 Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools.
