We are seeking an experienced and driven recruitment professional with at least 5 years of experience in end-to-end Non - IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, results-oriented, and skilled in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent across various functions. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles across departments (Example: Interior Designing, Sales, Pre-sales, Operations, Accounts etc).
• Source candidates using diverse channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.).
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Handle offer negotiations and facilitate smooth onboarding.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to leadership.

Please note:

1. Preference will be given to immediate joiners.

2. This position will initially be on third-party payroll for 1 year, during which the candidate's performance and interest will be assessed, with the potential for conversion to an on-roll position thereafter; exceptional candidates may be made on-roll before the 1-year period ends.
