Role & responsibilities

• CA Final is a mandate.
• Review of books of accounts of all hotels monthly basis, understand and record the reasons for variances
• Verification of internal controls maintained by hotels and report discrepancies
• Review system controls maintained by hotels and report discrepancies
• Periodical review of key reconciliations prepared by hotel accounts team for example - BRS; agency commission; credit card commissions etc.
• Physical verification of hotel inventory on quarterly basis
• Review trade receivables / payables of hotels and follow-up for long outstandings
• Review of Balance sheet schedules prepared by Hotels account team and ensure the accuracy for quarterly reporting
• Keep track of SEZ supplies made by hotels and collect endorsements from the SEZ authorities on a monthly basis
• Facility auditors for statutory audit, internal audit and ICFR audit when required
• Operator fees & Loyalty fees.
• Test check on TDS & GST details provided to a corporate office.
• Test check on MSME & other statutory timely payments.
• Coordination with the hotel team for all types of MIS requirements.
• Hotel background industry experience will be an added advantage.
