Role: Dy. Manager - Network & Security

Office Location: Brigade Enterprises Ltd, World Trade Center, Rajajinagar

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday off)

Working Mode: Work from Office

Roles & Responsibilities:

Day to day activity involving network trouble shooting, configuration changes, Incident / SR / CR response as per SLA and NOC management.

Administration of Network | WAN | Security logs monitoring & mitigation

Change Management as per IT and Customer requirement.

Managing 12x7 operations and upkeep the complete landscape with latest service pack to ensure uptime assurance and disaster recovery.

Ensure All the wan service is operating as per SLA. Stringently follow up with ISP as per escalation matrix and bring down the outages windows. Work on continuous improvement to bringdown potential failure.

Exposure to IOT systems and handling & supporting workspace technologies would be a plus.

Developing and implementing policy related to information security and privacy concerns.

Manage regular inventory true-up processes and annual maintenance renewal efforts across multiple teams to ensure proper levels of maintenance are provided for all production network devices.

Identifying potential problems with existing systems and recommending improvements to existing processes

Validate third party performance and service levels against information in Fresh Service, contracts/agreements, and other resources.

Ticket management & resolving the same, maintaining SLA, follow up with Service provider for problem solving.

Represent the team on conference calls for major incidents, execute vendor management support as needed, and provide updates to the stakeholders.

Network security hardening wireless service management, project support, onsite support.

Certifications:

Certifications required by the position: CCNA, CCNP CCIE- Theory, Wireless, Meraki Certification, Premier Security certification and exposure to Security engineering + ITIL.

Skills

Desired skills include:

Routing & Switching | IP addressing & Subnetting | QOS | SDWAN | Firewall | Structured Cabling | Configuration Management | Network Management Tools | Service desk Management | Network & WAN incident management | Vendor management | Understanding of Cloud based services & security.

Education:

Bachelor's / masters degree | in, Computer Science | Electronics &, Engineering | Information Technology.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience managing and configuring enterprise-wide network platform, SDWAN Infra / LANs, WLANs, VPNs, IDS/IPS, NAC, ISP Ticket administrations

Willing to work under pressure, good team player and self-starter to work with minimum supervision.

Holder of professional certifications such as ITIL, CCNA/CCNP, will be an advantage.

Establishing policies and procedures for an organizations computing needs

Implementing new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity.

Well versed with technology like Cisco Meraki, Fortinet Firewall & Aruba would be a plus.
