Cisco Network Architect/Consultant/Specialist - Routing & Switching (5-12 yrs)

Primary Skills :

- Good & Hands-on Experience in configuring Switches, Routers, Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela) or Cisco ACI or Cisco DNAC

Role Overview :

A Network Architect is responsible for designing, implementing and managing an organizations data communication networks ensuring they are efficient secure and scalable.

Job Description :

- Create HLD, LLD documents as per the requirement

- Deployment and configuration of Cisco SilverPeak Meraki SDWAN, Cisco Switches and Cisco Routers

- Configure BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, STP, PVST, IPSEC site-to-site VPN, VoIP, HSRP, GLBP, NATPAT

- Required Cloud data center and campus network experience for deployment and operational maintenance of network infrastructure

- Good-to-have knowledge on Cisco ASA, Palo Alto Firewalls

- Setup VPN tunnel and troubleshoot VPN related issues

- Coordinate with Vendor for Existing & New Implementation

- Handle Service Restoration Service Request and change requests

- Commissioning and decommissioning of Network components

- Follow Change Control submission and approval processes

- Plan schedule and implement network device software/hardware upgrades and migrations in a timely manner and during times that will have the minimum impact on the users

- High degree of analytical ability and creativity in resolving Network problems

- Hands-on experience in creating updating network drawings using Visio

- Develop and maintain documentation

- Willingness and availability to work evening and weekend hours for network infrastructure changes

- Follow ITIL, change, problem management processes for addition and change implementations in production
