Team Leader Payroll (Proficient in Excel)

Roles and responsibilities:

• Complete Payroll process in Software (Payroll & Bio-Metrics System) by being responsible for payroll processing for all employees, which includes Time and attendance management besides updating records of the leave, new joiner and exit formalities of staff and keeping the HRMS tool always updated.
• Close monitoring of Flexi Benefit Plan
• Completion of Labor Law Compliances on monthly basis (including PF, ESI, PT, LWF etc.)
• Generating and Co-ordinating the Compliances on account of TDS on Salary Payments and taking necessary declarations to that effect
• Maintenance of Records towards Leave Management
• Controlling HR issues like attendance and absenteeism and ensuring timely adherence to statutory compliance
• Generation of letters of appointment, relieving & increment etc. through automated solutions
• Managing and mitigating employee grievances by ensuring supervisors and leadership are creating an open forum for discussion and resolution of inter-departmental issues
• Data Management / MIS Report Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
