The Payroll Executive will be responsible for collating and updating payroll-related information, resolving discrepancies, coordinating with vendors for payroll processing, and ensuring timely disbursements of salaries. The ideal candidate should have a graduation or diploma-level education with optional experience in managing employee data or processing payroll through vendors, preferably in the retail or allied sectors.

Brief Job Description (just an indicative list and not limited to the following)

1. Gather and compile necessary payroll-related information, including employee data, attendance records, leave details, and any other relevant data.
2. Ensure accuracy and completeness of employee records, such as bank account details, tax information, and personal details.
3. Verify and reconcile discrepancies in payroll data, resolving any issues promptly. Design or Liaise with the payroll vendor to ensure smooth and accurate processing of payroll in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements.
4. Provide the necessary information and documentation to the vendor for payroll processing.
5. Collaborate with the finance department to ensure the timely disbursement of salaries to employees.
6. Stay updated on relevant labor laws, tax regulations, and industry best practices related to payroll processing.
7. Maintain proper documentation of payroll records, reports, and any changes made.
8. Assist with audits and compliance reviews related to payroll activities.

Skill Required

1. A graduation or diploma-level education in a relevant field.
2. Optional experience of 3-6 years in managing employee data or processing payroll through vendors, preferably in the retail or allied sectors.
3. Proficient in using payroll software or systems.
4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling payroll data.
5. Good understanding of labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll processing procedures.
