Education Qualification :-
- Bachelor s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, Real Estate Management, or related field
- Master s degree in project management or related discipline (preferred)
Experience :-
- 12-18 years of experience in the Real Estate industry
- Demonstrated track record of successful project planning and execution
- Proven experience in coordinating and managing project teams
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project objectives and scope
- Prepare regular progress reports for senior management
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Lead and mentor the planning team to foster a culture of continuous improvement
