Position: Automobile Marketing Manager

Job Description:

As an Automobile Marketing Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth in domestic automobile markets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and regional marketing teams to understand market dynamics, identify target segments, and execute effective marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Market Analysis and Strategy:
  • Targeted marketing & Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in Domestic markets.
  • Must Knowledge and Experience about Motors (which are using in automobiles)
  • Develop marketing strategies and plans tailored to specific target markets, considering cultural, economic, and regulatory factors.
  • Identify market entry opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies for new regions.
  • Plan, organize and execute company participation in and marketing strategy for industry trade shows, conferences, and events.
  • Create social media communication strategy and implement actions to increase brand awareness and support overarching marketing campaigns and objectives through social media platforms.
  • Engage in market research and analytics to capture industry trends, project pipeline, potential leads, and direct competitor analysis and apply intel to marketing strategies.
  • Maintain marketing collateral, branded merchandising, advertising and media files.

Brand Management:

  • Develop and maintain brand positioning and messaging for domestic markets, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Adapt marketing materials and content to resonate with the target companies in different regions.
  • Ensure brand guidelines are followed by regional marketing teams and external partners.

Channel and Partner Management:

  • Identify and evaluate various Customer channels and partners in Domestic markets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Customers and strategic partners.

Digital Marketing and Online Presence:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive traffic and leads in Automobile Sector.
  • Manage international websites, social media channels, and other digital marketing platforms.
  • Utilize search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and other digital marketing techniques to improve online presence.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret market research and performance data.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
  • Knowledge in Motor Manufacturing related industries is plus.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.

Experience: 10 to 15 Years

Work Location: Corporate Office – HYD
