Marketing Manager

We are looking for a versatile and talented individual to join our team as Manager/Senior

Manager - Marketing. This mid-senior-level role requires expertise in both performance

marketing and brand-building initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of creativity,

strategic thinking, and hands-on experience in managing campaigns and developing brand

collateral.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to achieve business

objectives.

• Manage and create brand collateral that aligns with the companys identity and vision.
• Lead performance marketing efforts on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and

others to drive user acquisition and revenue growth.

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to enhance

ROI.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure cohesive marketing

initiatives.

• Develop engaging social media strategies to boost brand awareness and drive audience

engagement.

• Oversee content creation, scheduling, and community management across various

platforms.

• Use data-driven approaches to tailor marketing strategies and improve user retention.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and new

opportunities.

• Create and present performance reports with key metrics, insights, and

recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in marketing, with demonstrated success in both performance

marketing and brand collateral development.

• Proficiency with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and

analytical tools (Google Analytics, Excel).

• Strong creative and organizational skills.
• Experience in high-growth startups or fast-paced environments is a plus.
