Area Sales Executive - Salem

JOB OVERVIEW:

The incumbent will be responsible driving the secondary sales and merchandizing by building and developing long term relationships with the retailers & also Team handing.

Role & responsibilities

• Cover Superstore & Super Stockist outlet in the respective territory
• Achieve assigned monthly Target
• Responsible for New Outlet Opening
• Responsible for New Product Launch
• Manage the performance of superstore & Super Stockist channel to improve our sales & revenue.
• Ensure POB conversion into secondary sales with DMS execution
• Mobile reporting (Attendance & Sales) on daily basis
• Responsible for repeat & frequent order from outlets
• Responsible for merchandising & store branding
• Develop & Maintain strong relationship with channel Partners.
  

Team Handling & Development

• Coaching and Mentoring the team members to align their performance with the business plans
• Managing ASO effectively and ensuring their development
• Enabling the team members for achievement of incentives
• Ensuring timely reporting through team in company prescribed formats
• Induction and on the job training to all new team members
• Involvement in the competency based recruitment process in coordination with Zonal HR
