eCommerce Manager - International Marketplaces (2-5 yrs)

About the role:

- We are seeking a Key Account Manager to expand our global market presence and drive international sales growth on Ecommerce Marketplaces.

- The candidate will be responsible to discover, validate and prioritize international needs within the organization and manage projects through completion.

What are you expected to do?

- Oversee all aspects of International business including business planning, online marketing, regulatory compliance, distribution management and analytics.

- Design go-to-market (GTM) strategy to successfully launch the brand on our International marketplaces like Amazon.com, Walmart.com, Amazon.ae etc. as per business plans and requirements.

- Work with legal & compliance partners to launch the business & products in the respective international markets.

- Own and oversee packaging re-design as per respective country's compliance requirements.

- Achieve the AOP top-line and bottom-line targets through day-to-day management of online sales.

- Monitor paid marketing campaigns and coordinate with distributors on a daily basis, to ensure highest possible ROAS and overall ROI.

- Monitor and drive sales from different channels of marketing including Direct, SEM, Email, Social and others.

- Partner closely with Business Leaders, Brand team, Operations teams, and other cross functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals.

What are we looking for?

- Experience of 2-5 years in managing E-commerce Marketplaces, preferably in international domain at a high growth startup or MNC.

- Prior international business experience in Beauty & personal care is a big plus.

- Entrepreneurial & Data driven approach and very strong knowledge of Amazon ecosystem.

- MBA is a plus but not mandatory.
