Developer III - Software Engineering

Develop and maintain Java applications with a focus on performance and scalability. Design and implement APIs and microservices, ensuring robust security measures. Integrate and manage service-oriented architecture (SOA) systems. Create and optimize reports using JasperReports, ensuring they meet business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and translate them into effective solutions. Train end-users on accessing and interpreting Crystal Reports. Provide troubleshooting support for Crystal Reports issues Create complex queries and formulas to customize report outputs. Optimize existing reports for improved performance and usability Perform routine updates and maintenance of Crystal Reports. Ensure all reports comply with company standards and data privacy regulations. Conduct thorough testing to validate report accuracy and functionality Work with cross-functional teams to gather and document reporting requirements Design and develop reports using SAP Crystal Reports based on user requirements. Requirements: Min 5 years experience in Java/Backend & has experience in Jasper Reports/Cystal Report. Proficiency in writing SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers. Familiarity with database platforms like SQL Server,DB2,Oracle & Postgres SQL Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience with writing complex queries Experience in working with large data sets, dimensional modelling Strong knowledge of data analysis, ETL, data modelling Strong experience with debugging and issue resolution Basic Knowledge in HTML/CSS/JavaScript will be an added advantage.
