Job Description
Experience:
- 10-12 years of experience as a VDI Subject Matter Expert (SME), specializing in security agent updates and software installation on VDI infrastructure and images (VDAs).
- Proficient in managing VDI security policy changes using tools like AppSense or similar alternatives.
- Strong expertise in Nutanix and NetScaler technologies.
- Ensuring proper VDI implementations by appropriately sizing delivery groups and maintaining disk images (including merging, consolidating, and deleting).
- Skilled in troubleshooting Citrix, OS (Windows and Linux), hardware, security agents, and VMs, with the ability to escalate issues as required.
- Proficient in patching and updating OS (Windows and Linux), hardware (firmware), and security agents.
- Experienced in participating in incident bridges, updating tickets in a timely and accurate manner, and escalating issues when necessary.
