Job Title: LIMS Business Analyst
Location: PAN India
Experience Range: 7 to 10 years
Qualification: Any degree or PG in a related field

Essential Skills:

• Prior knowledge of LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems) is essential.
• Strong data-gathering and analysis skills .
• In-depth technical understanding of business analysis and business processes .
• Prior experience with Pharma and Oil & Gas business processes and interfacing techniques .
• Experience working as a Business Analyst on at least one LIMS project.
• Familiarity with RFPs , bidding , and estimations processes.
• Knowledge of PMP and Agile methodologies .
• Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA .

Job Description:

The LIMS Business Analyst will play a critical role in understanding and translating business requirements into effective LIMS solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and be able to coordinate with clients independently to design, implement, and deliver solutions tailored to business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and design solutions that align with both business and technical objectives.
• Coordinate independently with clients , understanding their business processes and providing solutions that meet their needs.
• Be familiar with the end-to-end LIMS implementation process .
• Apply knowledge of GxP and validation processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Work with cross-functional teams , including development teams, to ensure business solutions are technically feasible and aligned with user requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong documentation that is clear, concise, and easily understandable for both business users and the development team .
• Handle and manage JIRA or other project management tools to track tasks, timelines, and project deliverables.
• Participate in RFPs , bidding , and estimations processes to help the organization secure new projects.
• Contribute to the PMP process and ensure alignment with Agile methodology for project delivery.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills and ability to think critically.
• Proficiency in LIMS business analysis and implementation.
• Ability to understand and map business processes and design solutions accordingly.
• Solid understanding of Pharma and Oil & Gas business processes, including industry-specific requirements and interfacing techniques.
• Proven track record of working as a Business Analyst on at least one LIMS project.
• Strong documentation skills to produce clear and actionable documents for both technical and business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile and PMP methodologies .
• Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA for task tracking and project coordination.
• Knowledge of GxP and validation processes in regulated industries.
