Job Description
Who we are:
The Opportunity :
This is a fulltime onsite job. Remote support/Work from home option not available.
Your job responsibilities include but are not limited to.
Should have excellent skills on MS Excel, MS-Word and MS-Out Look.
Should have strong working experience in Service now/Inventory Management Tool and High Value Inventory.
Should have managed large inventory with more than 100 transactions per day.
Should have experience on Inventory Audit process (Book to Floor, Floor to Book), Cycle count, Reconciliation.
Should have good documentation skills.
Should have good Data entry skills, Analytical skills to analyze data.
Should have basic understanding of computer systems.
Should be a Team Player.
What you need:
Shipping, Receiving, Check-in, Check-out, Kitting, Organize/Scrap of New and Existing Inventory Items.
Update System of records for each of the transactions of Inventory Items.
Publish a weekly Status Report with Health of Inventory and status.
Publish monthly asset utilization report, identify old/unused items and process for scrapping.
Educating new users about lab policies (training, tail gating).
Audit on timely basis to make sure Inventory Health is good.
Should be able to identify all the Inventory Items and document them.
Should be able to store and manage Inventory which are temporary with proper notes.
Should work closely with Central Inventory Team to Manage the Inventory Process and new Learnings.
Prioritize the requests based on their criticality and instructions from Lead/Management.
Train new team members.
Ready to work in a stressful/challenging Data center lab environment.
