Mis Executive

Job Overview: The MIS Reporting professional is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and presenting data to support strategic decision-making within the organization. This role involves creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and other tools that provide insights into business performance and help management make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Collection and Analysis: Collect and compile data from various sources, such as databases, spreadsheets, and other systems. Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Report Development: Design and develop reports, dashboards, and other visualizations using reporting tools (e.g., Excel). Customize reports based on user requirements. Automate recurring reports where applicable. Data Interpretation and Communication: Interpret complex data sets and present findings in a clear and concise manner. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and provide relevant insights. Communicate key findings to non-technical audiences.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and report reliability. Implement and maintain data quality standards. Technology Integration: Stay updated on the latest reporting tools and technologies. Explore opportunities to enhance reporting capabilities through technology upgrades or new tools.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in data analysis and reporting. Proficiency in reporting tools such as Advanced Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills. (Hindi speaking is a added advantage)
• Expierence with Inventory and stock data will be a added advantage.
• Attention to detail and a focus on data accuracy. Familiarity with database management systems is a plus.
