Inventory Controller

We are looking for an Inventory Controller with at least 5 years of experience in Monitoring, Inventory data management, and Purchase order review

Job Function:

Key responsibilities of an Inventory Controller:

Monitoring stock levels:
Regularly checking inventory levels across all products to identify potential shortages or overstocks.

• Inventory data management:
  Updating inventory records with incoming and outgoing shipments, including details like quantity, date, and SKU or batch numbers.
• Purchase order review:
  Analyzing purchase orders to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of goods from suppliers.
• Cycle counting:
  Performing regular physical counts of inventory to verify accuracy against system records.
• Demand forecasting:
  Analyzing sales trends and historical data to predict future inventory needs and optimize stock levels.
• Supplier management:
  Collaborating with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and address any supply chain issues.
• Inventory reports generation:
  Creating regular reports on inventory levels, stock turnover, and potential issues.
• Inventory system maintenance:
  Ensuring the accuracy and functionality of inventory management software.
• Discrepancy resolution:
  Investigating and resolving any discrepancies identified during stock checks

Cost analysis:
Monitoring inventory costs and identifying opportunities for cost reduction
