Inventory Controller

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet demand and prevent shortages or excess stock.
• Coordinate and place orders for replenishment based on demand forecasts and historical data.
• Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any discrepancies in orders.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure the integrity of the inventory, identifying and addressing any issues promptly.
• Generate and analyze reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant metrics to inform decision-making.
• Organize and optimize warehouse space to facilitate efficient storage and retrieval of inventory.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, sales, and finance, to ensure a coordinated approach to inventory management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in inventory management or a related role.
• Proficiency in Computer usage, especially Ms-Office - Excel.
• Excellent communication with languages like Tamil, English.
• Proficiency in inventory management software.

Job timing : 9 AM to 6 PM
