Telecalling / Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Inbound Inquiry Handling:

• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries via phone and email.

• Provide product information, pricing, and delivery details to customers.

• Resolve customer queries and issues effectively and ensure customer satisfaction.

Cold Calling:

• Identify and target potential customers through cold calling.

• Introduce our product range and features to potential clients.

• Engage in effective sales pitch and relationship-building to generate new leads and convert them into customers.

• Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and close sales or gather additional information.

• Prepare and deliver quotations to customers, while providing technical expertise to turn the quote into a sale.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of Telecalling/Sales experience.

• Proficiency in Computer usage, especially Ms-Office - Excel.

• Excellent communication with the languages like Tamil, English (Compulsory)

• Hindi and other languages will be added Advantage.

• Job timing : 10 AM to 6 PM
