Job Description:

ServiceNow QA resource will be responsible to test the user story based on acceptance criteria. Need to perform over all regression testing and prepare ATF scripts.

Roles and Responsibilities of a ServiceNow ATF Quality Analyst

Test Planning and Strategy:

Develop and implement test plans and strategies for ServiceNow applications using the Automated Test Framework (ATF).

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and define test objectives.

Test Case Development:

Create, maintain, and execute automated test cases using ATF.

Ensure test cases cover functional, regression, and performance testing.

Test Execution and Reporting:

Execute automated tests and analyze results.

Report defects and work with development teams to resolve issues.

Provide detailed test reports and metrics to stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities to improve test processes and frameworks.

Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and ATF enhancements.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with developers, business analysts, and other QA team members.

Communicate test progress, results, and issues effectively.

Skills Required for a ServiceNow ATF Quality Analyst

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in ServiceNow platform and Automated Test Framework (ATF).

Knowledge of scripting languages like JavaScript.

Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks.

Analytical Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to analyze complex requirements and design effective test cases.

Attention to Detail:

High attention to detail to ensure thorough testing and accurate results.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Certifications (Optional but beneficial):

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

Certifications in Agile and test management (e.g., ISTQB, ITIL).
