About The Role

• Skilled professional with 4+ years of experience
• Role involves both technical understanding and Project Management skills to drive successful outcomes.
• Responsible for delivering Technical Projects by staying involved for each stage of development from idea to design to their completion.
• Planning & Execution of complex projects, ensuring they align with Business Goals.
• Coordinate among cross-functional teams
• Manage risks and communicate Progress updates to stakeholders.
• Ability to influence without authority and successfully manage stakeholders.

What You'll Need

• 4-5 years IT experience from Tier 1 Institute/B-School
• Experience managing enterprise projects with end-to-end ownership of Project delivery involving multiple vendors and in house teams.
• Strong experience in managing software development projects using Agile methodologies involving Scrum, Kanban
• An understanding of various software development approaches (traditional, agile and etc) and have the ability to suggest on the best approaches applicable to their scenarios.
• Youre resilient in ambiguous situations and can adapt your role in order to approach challenges from multiple perspectives.
• Any experience working in projects involving Pharma domain will be an added advantage.
• Hands-on technical experience in integrations / data migrations / product provisioning
