Role & responsibilities

• Forex arrangement
• Checking invoices & Making a Purchase order
• Making a GRN.
• Forex arrangement as per the approved OBTR
• Making a SC & checking status of SC
• Employee Mediclaim related query, Inser􀆟on data, health cards etc.
• Checking payment status of vendors
• Checking expenses vouchers
• Checking RO Office expenses vouchers
• Provision and tracking the expenses.
• Follow up with all vendors for monthly invoices
• Maintain PO, GRN, SC, Rent, Fuel, Expenses Vouchers etc. record
• MIS Fuel, Lease car, Monthly Rent, Mobile & Telephone
• Shu􀆩le booking Pune - Baramati Pune.
• Checking the perishable material on daily basis.
• Checking the dry groceries on daily basis.
• Ensuring with scrap vendor for vehicle deployment.
• Supervision of Garden maintenance activity
• Supervision of Housekeeping activity
