Role & responsibilities

• Daily Collection of invoices from store
• Daily booking of material invoices - Domestic & Import
• Daily booking GRN rejection debit notes.
• Retro increase invoices bill booking
• Rate reduction & turnover discount debit notes booking
• Turnover Discount Debit Notes
• Rate Reduction Debit Notes
• Scanning of all import invoices with all documents for payment
• Booking of foreign bank receipts & Foreign bank account reconciliation
• customer code creation & working fot dealer closing
• Raising D/N & C/N
• Support fot sending replies to dealer's queries
• Support for credit control activities & A/R Function.
• Manual Knocking off of fund received through inventory funding
