Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top software engineering talent.
* Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide expert advice on job specifications and requirements.
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation and acceptance.
* Utilize various sourcing techniques including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to build a strong candidate pipeline.
* Proactively identify and engage with passive candidates, building and maintaining relationships for future opportunities.
* Maintain a robust database of qualified candidates and manage talent pools for current and future hiring needs.
* Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, cultural fit, and overall suitability for the role.
* Collaborate with technical teams to develop and refine assessment processes to ensure technical accuracy and efficiency.
* Provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
* Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive landscape to advise on hiring practices and compensation packages.
* Generate and analyze recruitment metrics and reports to measure the effectiveness of recruiting strategies and make data-driven decisions.
* Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates, maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the recruitment process.
* Act as a brand ambassador for the company, representing its values and culture to potential hires.
* Work closely with HR, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with overall business objectives.
* Participate in and contribute to recruitment projects, employer branding initiatives, and diversity and inclusion efforts.
Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruiting.
Strong understanding of software development technologies, roles, and skill sets.
* Proven success in sourcing and recruiting for a variety of technical roles, including software engineers, data scientists, and IT specialists.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
* Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Experience with recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives is a plus.
